There are very unprofessional and rude as I walked in they told me the wait would be 15 mins after a hour of waiting I still wasn’t seen so I just walked out NEVER WILL THEY GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN

I walked in and another customer walked in behind me . The Nail Tech overlooks me and asked the customer behind me can she help them before she asked if she helped me I knew it was going to be a bad experience. I asked how long it was going to be before anyone assisted me she said it was going to be a little bit I said how long is a little bit she replied when I get done with them I said have a great day and walked out. After that I was not interested in seeing any more of her bad customer service or even experiencing any of her skills. These kinds of people don't know what customer service is but we're in America and customer service is everything. So I suggest they get some I would not be returning and I wouldn't suggest anyone go here
