Hair cut nice BUT professionalism was less than mediocre......I will explain. We are from out of town and went in tonight for my son to get his hair cut. After a 3 minute discussion for the stylist to finally decide who was going to cut his hair, the stylist acted as if she didn't even care to cut his hair. She was more concerned about getting her bangs fixed by the stylist that was SOOOO ready to go home and feed what I guess was her dog. When she was asked by another employee on a scale from 1-10 how bad she wanted to go home this stylist stressed a 12! Seriously in front of paying customers. So at this time I left my spouse there with my son to find out after they left the whole conversation they were carrying in front of my 14 year old son was how they could trick a man into having a vasectomy. That's just what I wanted discussed in front of him. What happen to the days of talking to your COSTUMER! Then when finished they asked my son and husband if they will come back to see them well I can answer that for you..........NO! I will not go in after 5:00 and will leave if any of the same stylist happen to be working. Just a little advise if any of you were the manager you should be ashamed in the lack of professionalism that was shown tonight. But thanks for the nice hair cut.
Worst customer service from a MANAGER that I have ever received. Took my two daughters in there to get a hair cut, Courtney cut One of my daughters hair and she did FANTASTIC.However, The "MANAGER" (didn't care enough about her to even catch a name) rushed Courtney thru my daughters hair cut. So basically she just wanted in and out , who cares about the finish product right? And the "manager" did my other daughters hair. She did the poorest excuse of layers I've ever seen. After I requested she cut more layers and more bangs in her hair, you still couldn't tell she had touched it. But I thought maybe if I go home and mess with it, I would like it.. Well I didn't. So when I called up there to ask her if she would fix it, she had an attitude and then hung up on me. Moral of the story: if your gonna use this place, go to courtney!
The girls working today did exceptional job and making sure that everybody was taken care of there was only two girls working
Absolutely horrible haircut. I don't care about the 2 hour wait. The stylist butchered my hair, jagged edges, uneven and she cut a circle into the back of my hair. I have pictures. Had to find another salon to fix it. Ended up cutting way more off then I wanted. If I could give no star I would
