Decent customer service usually and prompt as well. The salads are great most of the time and the little ones make a great light lunch! The boneless wings are good too, and they have a great sauce selection. One of the better fast food places in town.
Won't be going back anytime soon. Quality of the food and facility's appearance has gone down...way down. And I never get my Zax sauce from the drive-thru.
Had trouble at the register. Two "managers"too get it start while the line grew. Soda machine not working properly, but didn't know this until another customer told us. Management says"oh yeah we know, it head something too do with the ice. But I can get you a drink from the back counter.". Really you wouldn't tell your customers this before they filled their drinks then turned around and dumped them out.
Friendly, fast and delicious! Loved the interior of this location. Was ready to move in.
Good food and service which I've grown to expect nothing less from zaxbys. Always been one of my top places to stop at for fast food
