Put in an order showed up to pick it up and cashier can't find it by my name or number claims I never placed it. Incompetence at the highest level.
Been here twice now. Both times pizza was under cooked, salt shakers in the entire dinning room we're nasty and clogged up with old salt. Not impressed at all see pics. Also rust under the lids if salt shakers.
They arent the worst but not the best either. Its worth the price for a buffet. 599
It was great service and the food was wonderful.
Horrible customer service. The lady at the desk refused to acknowledge us, so we went to seat ourselves at the only table that could accommodate our party. We were then fussed at. Then another girl came and sat us at the same table. It took forever for drink orders to be taken. If it had been up to me, we would have left but the rest of the party was set on eating pizza. Not very clean. Would not waste my money or time again. And I love pizza hut!
