This lady has whatever you need, when you need it. She has saved me a lot of times at the last minute.
Today was supposed to be a special day for my wife, but instead she has been at work from 7am to 5 pm and did not receive her gift that was paid for to be delivered during BUSINESS hours which for most people means 8-4 or 9 to 5 pm. When I called, they were unprofessional and also they appeared to have lied and told me that when they delivered that my wife had left. So I then called my wife's place of work to find out that no florist had been there at all. So now, my wife has come home bearing gifts for myself and daughter, without anything of her own. I know that Valentines Day is a busy day, but a responsible company would make sure that they are prepared for such occasions and this company has failed tremendously. My biggest problem is that 90% of businesses DO NOT close at 8 PM which means that BUSINESS deliveries should be prioritized right? Well not so in this case! So not only, does my wife not have her gift, we now have to wait at our house which means that our dinner reservations are now delayed also. Waynesboro Emporium, you need to do whatever is necessary to adopt the logic that "Failing to prepare, is preparing to FAIL!"
