I called to obtain information pertaining to my daughter's last doctor's visit , I was placed on hold then the call was disconnected. I immediately called back and was transferred THREE times to a voicemail after I was just speaking to a human at the front desk. The phone service is horrible! The person that answered the phone was giggling while saying hello, just awful customer service all together.
