My husband took my 2009 Ford dually 33000 miles , to have the oil changed and the filters to Andy's , my husband got off work after closing hours of Andy's so Andy offered to drive my truck to his house which is a half a mile away which I thought would be okay too. Now I never listen to the radio has not been on in 6 to 8 months even a year maybe I never open my sunroof hasn't been opened or even touched by me in over a year, never liked it, so the next day when I went to pick it up at Andy's house no one was home no one greeted us so I went in with my key turn the engine over and the radio was on full blast with just static no music no nothing so the first thing I did was press the button and turned it off and didn't think too much of it at the time except okay somebody's been fooling with my buttons in here ...next day it had come a hard rain for about 20 minutes early that morning me and my husband we're going to go to Augusta for some shopping my husband gets in runs the truck I go to the passenger side to get in and I was horrified I have water in my seat water in the floor my seats are leather which oh my god I was scared to death and then looked up and it was dripping from my sunroof well I pitched a big fit I dried it up best I could, and thank the good lord there is no stains, so we could not take my truck. My husband called spoke to the owner and he asked him if anyone might of open the sunroof , course I did not expect anyone to own up to it , husband told him what had happened and he come up with the excuse that old seals go bad and it probably just went bad No it was not a coincidence it was something else it had rain two weeks straight on my truck just three or four days before I haven't even drove my truck since then. afterwards while my husband was gone I decided to go out open the sunroof up and make sure it closed good and I run my own test I took the water hose and I run it on top and let it run for 8 to 10 minutes over the sunroof just letting it just poured down on it it never leaked a drop I did it again just yesterday same thing it never leaked a drop it is not coincidence I do believe he had let someone get in my truck or he did it.... it might have been a mistake accidental whatever only he knows who was in my truck ...he knows ...I believe whatever happened...but I did not expect anyone to take responsibility so this is my story you can believe it or think not to much of it, you can use him but I would definitely be cautious I will never let him touch my truck again it was in perfect condition there was nothing wrong with it I do not trust strangers with my vehicle this was my husband who had found this man ...we had had two other vehicles with oil changed the day after he brought one back something else went wrong with it just saying don't know if he could have done something but to get repeat business.... I don't like chop shops that's what I call them so think about it if you take a vehicle in and within a week you have to take it back or something else is messed up I have a feeling that we all keep places like this in business last word though I cannot prove he did anything wrong he cannot prove he didn't but it was not coincidence that I had a leak the next day he had it and it rain and it has not leaked since and I've done 2 test on it and it has rained a little bit on it since what do you think??? My thing is he said he was only person touched my truck, but why did HE turn on my radio and before u turn off the engine, HE DIDN'T TURN IT OFF ..IT WAS A STATIC STATION LOUD.. OMG.

Not much to tell...I pulled into his parking lot in a 31 ft. RV and asked him if I could get some air put in my tires as they were visibly low. He said "No, my hose isn't long enough" and proceeded to tell me where else I could try to go...in the middle of a small town, in a huge motorhome. I'm a petite 52 yr. old woman. I won't be back. And will tell everyone I know. Wonder how he treats his own mother, or what if I had a child on board... Just a rude little man.

TO ME THAT'S A CLUE SOMEONE, WAS PLAYING WITH BUTTONS N MY TURCK...

If I could rate this business a zero I would. When we first went there I handled all the business since my husband works nights. Andy constantly would make comments and passes at me to the point where I felt uncomfortable and had to make my husband deal with him. He then started jacking the prices around and gave us the run around until almost 3 weeks later, our clutch (that was guaranteed) was fixed. He called at almost 10 o'clock at night to come deliver it himself (since he knew my husband worked nights) so "we could even spend special time together" since he would be out of town and not at the shop the next day. I declined and told him we would pick it up the next time he was there and the shop was open. Our car doors also won't lock now either. Then a tragedy struck our family and we are moving out of state and we needed our A/C fixed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he told me to be there at 11 one day. And when I was there he was gone on a 2 hour lunch with his wife, so therfore wouldn't answer any calls or texts. I eventually told him he wasn't a business kind of man and was very unprofessional and a week later, our less than 2 month old clutch wouldn't go into gear. You know. The one he guaranteed. He won't return calls or even be a man of his word. Not that I would even trust him to work on my car at this point. Worst possible bussiness and man in Waynesboro. And I also feel terrible for his wife. Go anywhere in Waynesboro but Andy's Auto and Diesel.

Very fast and understanding of my situation....would defiantly go again.

Took my mother's van in for new front shocks. They noticed the brakes were wore through and needed to be replaced as well. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure my mother's van was safe to drive. They even rotated the tires for no additional cost.
