Excellent service. The salesman, Ken Thomas did a great job, he didn't rush up to us in the parking lot like other dealership sales people. He saw that we were not ready for him to approach us and he honored that. When he saw we were ready, he was all over it with assistance and professionalism. We told him what we were looking for, pointed out a particular vehicle and in less than 5 minutes, it was driven up for us to take a test drive. Decided we wanted the Expedition, filled out a few minutes worth of paperwork and bam, done with everything about 30 minutes later. From start to finish, less than 2 hours at the dealership and got a great price for my trade in and free lunch from a vendor that was set up on the lot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to my friends and family.
Service person marked that they checked tire pressure and it was correct. Impossible because tires were over the recommended amount prior to taking in for service. I adjusted the pressure myself after the service visit.
